The staff here were super friendly, the room was really tidy, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. They even gave us some free goodies, which was a nice touch. The location is great - it's a short distance to wherever we needed to go. 🌟

I loved the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were caring and personable. I booked a double room overlooking street. The beds with down pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel offers tidy, new-fashioned rooms with complimentary goodies and a tub in a large bathroom. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice. The location is stunning for visiting Kings Island amusement park.

The hotel provided a very special experience at a good price. It is located in a well-kept area that is close to a terrific local Indian restaurant, "New Krishna," as well as other food places and shopping centers.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and provides excellent service, making my stay enjoyable and the bed in the room was very comfortable.

expected holiday inn, not a bait & switch. main parking had no turn around when full. notice from staff: who do you think you are parking where you parked. no plug near for c pap unit no elevator for handicap or anyone

nothing to complain about, we loved the place. the room with a jacuzzi tub. consistently courteous staff and the location was comfy. the specialties were hot and served in the terrific restaurant.

The location here is awesome, in a nice and well-maintained area. 🌳 There are shopping centers and a market close by, making it convenient for guests to shop and explore.

There was a huge area for the tub,yet the toilet was squeezed in against the wall. I think the tub could be smaller and still good enough. Most people use the toilet much more than a jetted tub. Although it was a nonsmoking room,the halls and staircase smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The room was nice. It actually looked pretty new and modern. The bathroom was very large and clean. It did have a whirlpool tub but we didn't end up using it. My boyfriend and I stayed there as a "night away". We walked in with a bottle of wine and the gentleman at the front was very friendly and welcoming.

There is not elevator. The hallways smelled like stale cigarettes, the carpet in the hallway was old and dirty. It almost felt like two different places. The room was great but the rest of the place looks like it needs some updating.

Convenient spot near King's Island! Right by lots of restaurants, including Mitchell's Fish Market. Plus, plenty of shopping centers around here. 🍔

the staff was extremely helpful morning and afternoon staff. the breakfast was exceptional! very clean and the pool was wonderful. best rest ever in a motel!

maybe an elevator for the elderly that had to climb the stairs... but only 2 levels so not that bad.

The hotel offers Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a jacuzzi bath and a tub. It is conveniently located near Kings Island amusement park, numerous restaurants, and a local sports bar. The staff is considerate and accommodating to all guests.

We enjoyed the firmness of the bed, cleanliness, the hotel was quiet and it was very easy to find. The breakfast was really good and the staff people Were very nice and courteous.

The bathtub seemed slippery when taking a shower needs to have some kind of a raised mat on the inside of the tub
